The data is transmitted by the user of the site who wishes to send a request for a personalised quote. The information collected from this form is sent to the department in charge of the commercial part of the site www.belfort-congres.com/en. Your data will be kept for a maximum of 36 months.

 

Your rights

In accordance with the provisions of the Regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, you have in particular the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you and the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold in a structured electronic format (portability).

You also have the right to object on legitimate grounds to your personal data being processed, and the right to object to your data being used for marketing purposes.

We only keep Your Personal Data for a period of time that is necessary and proportionate to the purpose for which it was collected, i.e. for a maximum of 3 years from the last exchange you had with us and carried out at your initiative (in particular, logging into your account).
